Melbourne | In-House Legal Counsel: Corporate M&A

Freedom to work on your termsWho are we looking for?We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time or 4 day per week assignments across multiple industry sectors including financial services and FMCG, and we're interested in hearing from corporate M&A lawyers, to join us and commence their LOD journey.No assignment or day is ever the same when you're working with LOD.
You could find yourself advising on general commercial matters and overseeing complex M&A transactions including joint ventures and corporate restructures.
This is a great opportunity to diversify your experience and bolster your CV through a career with LOD.
These assignments are of varied durations, ranging anywhere from 3 - 6 months initially.To join us, you will:Have at least 4 years PQE gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)Be experienced in managing and leading M&A transactionsBe client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground runningEnjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationshipsWho are we?LOD
