Full-Time | 1-Year Fixed Term Contract This hybrid role requires working across Melba offices in Lilydale/Cheltenham and from home. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Process Lead to play a vital role in delivering impactful programs that transform processes, systems, and outcomes for Melba.
What You'll Do: Business Analysis & Process Leadership: Conduct detailed requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and gap analyses. Develop clear documentation, including business rules, customer journey maps, and process models. Identify, recommend, and support implementation of process improvements to achieve strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define needs and solutions. Build strong relationships with internal teams, including IT, project managers, and change leads. Support business case development and align solutions with organizational priorities. Support Key Projects: Contribute to project scope definition under Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Assist in vendor assessment and evaluation processes. Provide training support, testing oversight, and documentation for successful implementation. About You: At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project collaboration in medium to large environments. Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or equivalent process mapping methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to elicit and document complex requirements. Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, and project tools like Miro or Asana. Experience in the care/disability support sector (desirable). Familiarity with the BABoK. CCBA or CBAP certified (desirable). Requirements: A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don't already have them).
