The Opportunity: Support the Head of Social & work with a team of creatively-led individuals who support each otherNew and organic business growth across the social media departmentAssist the Head of Social in creating written, video, and visual content across relevant platforms (TikTok, IG & Facebook)Maintain a content calendarCoordinate meetings for colleagues across relevant digital tools (Teams)Engage with online social media communities, developing strategies to increase engagement and reachLiaise directly with clients & key stakeholdersLiaise with internal account managers to ensure that all copy is accurate and in line with the determined marketing angleEnsure content in the CMS is updated throughout the production processScope, create and produce multi-platform commercial and non-commercial content, as well as generating innovative ideas to engage new and existing audiencesYou: Currently live in Melbourne, AUS3-4+ years in a similar digital role (social media, social and content)Team leadership and management experience is idealSolid copywriting experience is idealExceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skillsHighly proficient in project management and documentationExcellent networker with the ability to build lasting client relationshipsPassion for digital marketing with a strong knowledge of social mediaHighly skilled in online advertising campaigns and eDMsPrevious experience with budget management and reportingExcellent communicator (verbal and written)#J-18808-Ljbffr
