The Opportunity: Support the Head of Social & work with a team of creatively-led individuals who support each other New and organic business growth across the social media department Assist the Head of Social in creating written, video, and visual content across relevant platforms (TikTok, IG & Facebook) Maintain a content calendar Coordinate meetings for colleagues across relevant digital tools (Teams) Engage with online social media communities, developing strategies to increase engagement and reach Liaise directly with clients & key stakeholders Liaise with internal account managers to ensure that all copy is accurate and in line with the determined marketing angle Ensure content in the CMS is updated throughout the production process Scope, create and produce multi-platform commercial and non-commercial content, as well as generating innovative ideas to engage new and existing audiences You: Currently live in Melbourne, AUS 3-4+ years in a similar digital role (social media, social and content) Team leadership and management experience is ideal Solid copywriting experience is ideal Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills Highly proficient in project management and documentation Excellent networker with the ability to build lasting client relationships Passion for digital marketing with a strong knowledge of social media Highly skilled in online advertising campaigns and eDMs Previous experience with budget management and reporting Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
