This position starts as temporary with the potential to become permanent.
Based out of the Deer Park depot, you will travel to collect donations such as furniture, clothing, and toys.
Most days, you'll be partnered with another driver to assist with lifting heavy items and driving.
Key Responsibilities: Collect donations from various locations Ensure a positive experience for donors Safely lift and carry furniture and other items Load and unload the truck Complete paperwork accurately Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm To be successful in this role, you will need: Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items A respectful and presentable demeanor when interacting with the public, customers and donors A strong commitment to supporting the community and making a difference The ability to work safely and adhere to all safety procedures A clean driving record Benefits (upon permanent employment): Salary sacrificing options A healthy work-life balance Our non-profit client is committed to professionalism and respect and they seek individuals who share these values.
