Aged Care Senior Facility Manager looking for a step up! Do you love to travel? Are you a Registered Nurse looking to roam Victoria? What about Tasmania and beyond? Then have I got a job for you! Mediseek is on the hunt for a full-time Roaming Facility Manager . This role is like the Swiss Army knife of aged care management. You'll be supporting our incredible aged care homes across Tasmania (and maybe Victoria and NSW too—pack your bags, superstar!).
Here's the gig:
You'll work alongside Facility Managers to keep operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Chief of Residential Aged Care, you'll handle day-to-day management, support the team, and ensure the residents receive the best care possible.
What we're looking for:
Managerial experience in aged care. Registered Nurse status (AHPRA-approved). Leadership, communication, and change management skills. A knack for solving problems with calm, pragmatic precision. Empathy and understanding for our residents. Attention to detail. Willingness to travel across Tasmania (and maybe into Victoria or NSW). Compliance with Aged Care Worker Screening.
