About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary service provider in Ballarat. Join an expanding team and provide support to NDIS and My Aged Care participants in Ballarat and the surrounding areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and for My Aged Care clients Diagnosing, treating and preventing speech and language disorders guided by evidence-based practice Experience in swallowing disorders and analysis preferred Maintain detailed records relating to client conditions, support plans, therapies and progress Creating clear and concise treatment and therapy plans to suit the individual needs of a diverse range of client ages and demographics Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of clients Benefits:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Current Driver's License Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain) Pro-active attitude, and ability to use initiative About Us:
