About the Role We are seeking casual Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to ensure professional and effective delivery of clinical care to our residents.
You will join our dedicated clinical team working in collaboration with care staff and report to the Clinical/Facility Manager.
Key Selection Criteria: Current registration with APHRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled NurseA high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent team working skillsExtensive, recent, residential aged care experienceA high level of clinical knowledge and experience (eg able to guide PCWs)FlexibilityThe ability to problem-solve medium to high level of complexity issues and know when is appropriate to escalateA good understanding and ability to interpret AN-ACC continuous improvement, risk management and Health and SafetyA demonstrable working knowledge of the Aged Care Act and accreditation requirementsYou will be someone who can: Demonstrate prior experience in aged care.Provide exemplary care to our residents.Provide appropriate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements.Undertake assessments and implement best practice interventions that bring about positive outcomes for residents, their families, and staff.As a values-driven individual, you're able to role model SRV Values and Behaviours.Benefits & Culture We value our team and the wonderful work they do.
