Medical Administration (Healthcare & Medical)Great opportunity for an experienced Medicare Coordinator to join our team in Darwin.
If you have a strong understanding of current Medicare claiming and billing processes, along with extensive knowledge of the Medicare HPOS and PRODA systems, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Manage Medicare claims and billing procedures accurately.Utilize and maintain proficiency in HPOS and PRODA systems.Provide expert guidance on Medicare-related inquiries.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient service delivery.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, patients, and stakeholders.Key Requirements:Proven experience in Medicare claiming, billing processes, and system usage.Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Travel to the site once a month is an essential and nonnegotiable part of this role.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and database systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Experience and understanding of working within Aboriginal communities and the challenges that they face in remote settings.Satisfactory Criminal History Check.Current NT Working with Children Clearance OCHRE card.What's on Offer:Attractive Salary with NFP benefits.6 Weeks Annual Leave.Opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team of healthcare professionals.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?#J-18808-Ljbffr
