Are you currently registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Medical Practitioner (or have ability to obtain)? Will you be able to demonstrate at interview your ability to accommodate Aboriginal values and traditions in clinical practice; and awareness of and sensitivity to Aboriginal culture and history, and knowledge of current issues affecting the lives of Aboriginal people? Will your referees confirm that you have an excellent understanding of infection controls? Do you have experience working in women's health and maternity care? Do you have experience working in primary health care and in male health? Do you hold accreditation or experience as a supervisor of GP registrars? Will you be able to demonstrate with examples at interview, your ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and take a lead in providing medical expertise? Will your referees confirm that you have demonstrated compliance with professional standards encompassing ethics, confidentiality, integrity and trust in accordance with the organisation's Code of Conduct? Do you have, or have you had, any medical or physical condition/s that would impact on your ability to fulfil the inherent physical & psychological requirements for this position? Are there any conditions on your AHPRA registration? Will your referees confirm that you have demonstrated an up-to-date understanding of Medicare Benefit Schedule and Guidelines that applies to bookings and billings for services provided?
