This is a fast-paced and varied role which will expose you to many aspects of Medical Workforce operations at a large tertiary hospital. It is a great grounding for a future career in health administration, recruitment or human resource management. The department supports our junior doctors from the beginning of their careers through to completion of their advanced training.You will be responsible for processing junior medical recruitment episodes in our recruitment and onboarding system and making the process as seamless as possible for our convenors and candidates. Your ongoing training and development will be supported as will your desire for a good work-life balance.The Medical Workforce team at St George have undergone significant change in the last little while so we are looking for someone committed to continuing that change, assisting with streamlining processes and making a positive contribution to our culture.An understanding of or experience within NSW Health or other public health sector recruitment (especially medical recruitment and recruitment systems) will be an advantage, as would experience or understanding of doctors, internal recruitment and/or agency recruitment.
