You will coordinate the medical portfolio to ensure all functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring the seamless operation of medical services.
This is a high-level position where you will work with minimal direction and use your judgement to make decisions that impact the broader medical program.
In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, from Medical Leads and Human Resources to the Department of Health & Wellbeing and SA Health Local Health Networks.
You will be an expert advisor on operational management for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) and work closely with medical teams to ensure that staffing, rotational requirements, and work-life balance needs are met.

Key Requirements: Self-Starter & Independent : Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and a high degree of independence in managing tasks.
Effective Communicator : Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including management, staff, and external agencies.
Experience in Data & Rostering Management : Proven experience with data management, Microsoft programs, and creating/implementing complex rostering systems.
Problem Solver & Team Player : Demonstrated ability to analyse tasks, manage workloads, meet deadlines under pressure, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
