In this essential leadership role, you will drive strategic decision-making, oversee operational planning and workforce management, and have budget oversight. Additionally, you will play a central role in streamlining important non-clinical functions. The Business Manager will be responsible for:
Managing the operational workforce, including approvals, oversight, and guidance.Overseeing the centralised Medical Services business systems, such as rostering and compliance.Supervising the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for Medical Services team members.Coordinating and collaborating on the Registrar Training Program project.Conducting business analysis to develop and implement efficiencies and improvements.Working with the Chief Medical Officer and Executive General Manager Clinical Informatics & Virtual Health Care on budgeting.This is a permanent, full-time position based at the RFDS Corporate Office at Brisbane Airport, offering a hybrid working arrangement.

The Medical Services Business Manager will receive a generous salary that reflects their experience, strategic intent, and capabilities. Additionally, you can salary package up to $18,500.
