About the role:Join Lumus Imaging as a Receptionist at our Radiology Receptions in Orange at the Bloomfield Medical Centre and Dudley Private Hospital and embark on a rewarding career where customer service and exceptional phone manner are valued. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing high-quality reception and administrative support within Lumus Imaging. This role ensures smooth and efficient functions, delivering excellent patient care and service. The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their experience is positive and welcoming. Candidates with strong customer service skills from administration, retail or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
