Manage incoming calls, answer patient inquiries, and schedule appointments—each interaction is a chance to make someone's day a little easier. Precision in Action:
Maintain top-notch attention to detail when entering patient information, processing billing, and managing patient records. Guide Patient Journeys:
Monitor and oversee administrative care paths, ensuring every step is smooth and efficient for the patients you support. Handle Sensitive Information:
Safeguard confidential patient information and ensure accurate management of medical records. Use Your Knowledge:
Utilize your understanding of Medicare, DVA claims, and medical terminology to assist patients and keep everything on track. Be a Pillar of Support:

What We're Looking For: Experience in Healthcare:
