The provision of all orientation, training, and ongoing education of the ASO2 staff working in the Medical Records Department. Coordinating the workload and day-to-day performance of this staff group. Facilitating the WCHN response for coronial directions. About You To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to: Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and apply information to support administrative operations and general work unit direction. Excellent communication and high-level interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff, and external agencies. Competent and accurate data entry, keyboard, and intermediate computer skills. Demonstrated ability to use judgement and respond to unusual circumstances in assisting with all enquiries whilst working under continuous pressure. Experience in staff management.
