Medical Records Coordinator ASO3 Job no: 875103 Work type: Full time Location: Adelaide CBD Categories: Administration, Business and Management Women's and Children's Health Network - Health Information Services - Medical Records Coordinator - North Adelaide ASO3 - Salary – $66,590 to $70,968 p.a Full Time Employment– Term Contract About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Medical Records team as a Medical Records Coordinator, where you will be responsible for: coordinating and contributing to the provision of a comprehensive efficient, effective, responsive and confidential Medical Record Service to the organisation the provision of all orientation, training and ongoing education of the ASO2 staff working in the Medical Records Department and is required to coordinate the workload and day to day performance of this staff group.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to: Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and apply information to support administrative operations and general work unit direction Excellent communication and high level interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff, external agencies Competent and accurate data entry, keyboard and intermediate computer skills Demonstrated ability to use judgement and respond to unusual circumstances in assisting with all enquiries whilst working under continuous pressure.
