Key Responsibilities: Retrieve, collate, and file medical records accurately using a terminal digit filing system.
Enter patient data into our computerised information systems.
Liaise with clinical staff to ensure timely access to essential medical information.
Manage workloads effectively to meet daily deadlines.
What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under general direction.
Proficiency in using computerised patient management systems and the Microsoft suite.
