Great Working Environment Permanent, Part Time Role Located in Fremantle & West Leederville The Role We are looking for a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a permanent, part-time basis. This position is for four days per week, plus coverage for sick and annual leave as needed.
The successful candidate may be required to work at both the Al Nour Skin Centre (West Leederville) and The Skin Clinic Fremantle. Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:
Warmly greeting and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book Accurate data entry of patient information Processing payments Managing phone and email queries Assisting in tidying up consult rooms General administration duties as required Qualifications & Attributes Previous experience in an administrative/reception role within the Healthcare industry and/or Cosmetics industry Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care Experience and/or interest in supporting marketing initiatives to promote clinic services A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture Approachable, reliable and dependable Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude Previous experience in administrative/reception roles Experience using Best Practice is advantageous Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients Authorised to work in Australia Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine
