About your next role! CQR has the opportunity for a motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk. Based at our Rockhampton hospital location, you will deliver outstanding customer service for patients wishing to book and attend appointments at our Central Queensland fully comprehensive practices that include X-ray, Ultrasound to MRI services. Key Responsibilities Of The Role First impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk. Cash handling and patient account processing to include Medicare and Health funds. Attend staff meetings and participate in company training sessions. Comply with procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position and the Radiology Department, such as workplace health and safety, and other HR policies. Liaise with referrers, doctors, patients for delivery of patient medical results.

About You Medical, Dental, Allied Health Care, Hospital or Radiology, Medical Imaging experience in front desk highly regarded. Aptitude for understanding medical terminology. Bookings system knowledge and strong computer skills. Excellent presentation, a high level of communication and patient care skills - be welcoming and friendly! This position is offering Full-time hours working 38 hours per week with shifts between the hours of 6.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 6.30am to 5.30pm Fridays. Please note: some weekend shift hours may be requested. Interested? Simply visit our candidate portal
