IPN forms part of Sonic Healthcare, a leading global healthcare company headquartered in Australia.About the roleIPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors.
Supporting the successful running of the centre, the role includes:Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointmentsDocument scanning and email managementPatient billing and payment collectionWorking as part of a team supporting the Practice ManagerSkills & experienceMedical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential)Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processesAbility to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environmentExceptional customer service, data entry and communication skillsProven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skillsExperience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential)How to applySelect 'Apply for this job' to submit your application.We are connected, innovative, passionate and sincere, and our mission is to provide an excellent clinical and operational service.
