We are a family orientated medical practice that strives to provide an exceptional level of care to our patients. We are looking to recruit a casual medical receptionist.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person who not only has excellent administrative skills but also has outstanding customer service skills. We are seeking a team player to assist in the daily operations of our front desk. You must have the ability to multi-task, be a hands-on individual, and be self-motivated.
Duties include:All elements of customer service including telephone and face-to-faceProcessing payments and invoicingOrganising and management of appointments and patient enquiriesA high level of communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding customer service and administrative skillsExcellent time management and multi-tasking skillsCaring and compassionate personalityCurrent NSW driver's licenceAbility to work individually and in a team environmentAvailable to work for up to 8 hours per shift from 8.00am - 6.00pmExperience not essential but preferred.
