Medical Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our busy, friendly medical practice on a casual basis. Previous medical administration experience would be highly regarded. However, candidates with any administration experience will be considered for the role. 
To be successful within the role the applicant would also need to be self-motivated, a team player, possess keen problem-solving skills and enjoy being busy. 
An overview of responsibilities includes 
Answering of telephonesScheduling appointmentsTaking payments and Medicare billingCommunicating patients' needs/requests with medical team etc.End of day reconcilingScanning and allocating documentationCurrently we are able to offer 20-30 hours per week, and ideally the applicant would have some flexibility to cover extra shifts as required.
