About Us: Promed Family Clinic is a fully accredited Family General Practice with 2 locations in Hove and Prospect. We are a GP clinic and Skin Cancer center.
We are looking to employ a Part time medical receptionist. The successful applicant would be expected to work mainly at Prospect Branch but should be prepared for other location at Hove as well with prior notification. The position is for Full Time position.
There are Flexibility for the right candidate regarding Part time/Full time, and casual/contract arrangements.
There is an opportunity to become permanent for the successful candidate after initial fixed term contract of 12 months. ?
The role: Greeting patients in an efficient and happy manner.
Handling all patient enquiries.
Making appointments, Invoicing, taking payments, and debt collection.
General administration reception duties as required.
Opening and Closing of practice.
Faxing, Emailing and scanning.
Essential Criteria Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior General Practice experience
Reliable and a positive attitude with attention to detail.
Must be able to work in a team environment and have a pleasant phone manner.
Must have flexibility to cover shifts.
Ability to work under pressure.
Well-groomed and punctual.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Have a driver license.
A current Working with Children Check and a National Police clearance.

Salary is hourly based and negotiable based on experience.
