Novaskill currently has a Business Administration Traineeship opportunity as a Medical Receptionist in Alstonville. You'll be completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business whilst gaining exposure to on-the-job training with ongoing mentoring and support to help you build your career. The learnings and responsibilities of this position include – Accurate data entry Will be supported in a sometimes fast-paced environment Creating documents and written communication General department-specific administration duties Provide support to staff on various tasks and projects Create and maintain various records and correspondence, both manual and electronic Communicate with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the company Some weekend work may be required Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments and patient enquiries
