About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging administrative role that requires a unique blend of customer service and administrative skills. As a Medical Office Coordinator at Bondi Doctors, you will be an integral part of our tight-knit administration team, working closely with our exceptional General Practitioners and Allied Health practitioners.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional patient care and support, answering queries and checking in patients in a friendly and efficient manner.Liaise with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.Manage clinical documentation, including drafting emails and processing billings.Support the administration team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.Develop strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.Requirements: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Confident communication style, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new multi-faceted IT systems.Working Arrangements: This is a part-time role, approximately 35 hours per week, including one evening shift and one weekend shift. We require a minimum 12-month commitment from successful candidates.
