Based in Gippsland, an opportunity exists for Two Radiographers to join our friendly and collaborative team on a 12-month Fixed Contract. As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases.
Gippsland is home to some of Victoria's most spectacular national parks, be charmed by tiny towns, and indulge in gourmet fresh produce in Gippsland. Amble along Ninety Mile Beach, set up camp or set sail on the Gippsland Lakes. Visit the local galleries and studios, or at local cellars, boutique distilleries and renowned restaurants. North of the Latrobe Valley are several large lakes and the spectacular mountains of the Great Dividing Range including the snow resort of Mount Baw Baw.
Key Criteria for ApplicantsDemonstrated ability in providing compassionate care and exemplary service to patients.Desire to produce the highest quality of medical imaging, using new state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment.General x-ray experience is essential; CT/MRI & theatre experience is desirable; must aspire to upskill into other modalities.University or equivalent qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology.AHPRA registration.Participation in on-call and weekend rosters is essential.Working for I-MED Radiology GippslandOur main site within the Gippsland region is the Latrobe Regional Hospital. Other sites within this region include Warragul, Traralgon, Morwell, and Wonthaggi; as such, worksite flexibility could be considered for the successful applicant.
