The Role We are seeking a motivated individual to work in our Medical Imaging Practice. The role will be responsible for the provision of high-quality administrative support services to our Radiology clinicians in their clinic rooms. You will work as part of a team ensuring a high-quality patient experience and work alongside clinicians enabling them to run an efficient and professional practice. The role requires a firm commitment to excellent customer service and patient-centred care.
Key Accountabilities include: Providing an outstanding level of customer service in person and over the phone to patients and health professionalsEfficient management of patient appointments and procedures in line with medical imaging requirementsEnsuring accurate data entry using Comrad and maintaining privacy of confidential patient informationAttending to general housekeeping duties in reception and waiting area, including other associated tasks as required.Communicating and liaising with other administrative and health staff in the clinic and throughout other MQ Health and affiliated clinicsAbout You Ideally, you will have previous reception and administration experience. Experience within a healthcare setting, preferably medical imaging and/or radiology is desirable but not essential. You will be an enthusiastic and professional individual who enjoys interacting with clients and provides excellent customer service in each interaction. You will enjoy working in a lively environment, have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
