The Radiology Department employs approximately 250 staff members over a variety of different disciplines.The Austin Campus provides an extensive range of services to inpatients, ED and some Outpatient clinics. The range of services includes General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Mobile and Theatre, Angiography and Interventional procedures.The Repatriation Campus provides radiology services to large volume Outpatient clinics, externally referred patients (from both GPs and Specialist services) and some inpatients. The range of services includes General X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, CT, Fluoroscopy, Mobiles and Theatre.About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator (HS3 – $37.68-$41.65 per hour) to join our Radiology Department.A part-time, 25-hour-a-week permanent position is available. Working hours are between 08:00-13:30 Monday to Friday.A regular day will see you supporting the medical director and team by:Create, maintain and adjust weekly medical rosters and leave plannersAdminister and manage medical payroll processes and reportingManage and maintain staff details with regards to credentialing and accreditation, and liaise with regulatory bodiesProvide support to the Medical Director, and the Medical Team as neededFollow organisational safety, quality and risk policies and guidelinesProblem solve, prioritise work and build effective relationshipsThe position is within the Austin Campus Radiology Department, Lance Townsend building, but may involve cross campus travel and rostering.
