Your main duties will include: Assist JMOs throughout the term in relation to all administrative matters, such as rosters, leave, payroll queries and accommodationEstablish and maintain a close liaison with the Director of Prevocational Education and Training (DPET)Liaison with Network JMO Unit of St Vincents, Mater and MLHD on a regular basisAHPRA checksAbout you Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience e.g. HR, management, administration etc.Demonstrated ability to problem solve and manage complex medical staffing issues including provision of appropriate support JMO well-beingDemonstrated ability to manage a complex medical rostering system and payroll management systemsDemonstrated well developed written and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with senior medical leaders and external stakeholders (Medical Networks, HETI, Colleges)Experience of recruitment processes including interview panel participation and appropriate term allocationsCommitment to the philosophy, mission and values of Calvary as it applies to the Hospital and the ability and desire to uphold these principlesImmunisations as outlined in the NSW Health PolicyExtensive knowledge of junior medical workforce, education and training structures desirableExperience of medical accreditation preparation and processes desirableFor further information please contact Jacquelyn Hilton, General Manager on ****** Why work for Calvary?
