THE PRACTICE
We are a modern and dynamic ENT specialist practice, with a diverse patient population, catering for both paediatric and adult disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck.

THE POSITION
The responsibilities will include:
administrative support, customer service and front desk dutiesanswering telephone calls and assisting with enquiriesmanaging appointments and surgeons' schedulesassistance of surgeons with clinic proceduressterilisation of examination equipmentmanagement of theatre lists and booking patients for surgerystock orderingMust be proficient in IT skills, computer skills are essential. The successful candidate will be primarily based at our North Adelaide premises but may also be required to work at our satellite clinic locations. You will be well supported by the specialist surgeons and senior staff at the practice.
We are looking for someone who is of a pleasant and caring disposition, has a professional manner with excellent communication skills and who enjoys customer service and interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds. Highly desirable is for you to have a high standard of work ethic, take pride in attention to detail and organisation, enjoy working in a team environment, be an enthusiastic problem solver and be seeking longer term employment.
