And we encourage positive change through 4 committees dedicated to creating impact.The committees at Hatched:The Belongings and Connections Team are dedicated to initiatives for Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Green Team keep us green, sustainable and moving towards a more environmentally friendly way of workingThe Shadow Board are a group of young stars who are empowered to be the voice of the agency and make recommendations for change to the executive teamAnd lastly, the Hatched Social Committee plan the best events for our Hatchlings to keep us connected and inspired.Media Coordinator Key Responsibilities:Craft (Implementation) Accountable for the implementation of your client's campaigns ensuring it is in consideration of key performance criteria including deadlines, budgets, and media KPI's.Assist the team in preparation of media recommendations for clients –eg running data, sourcing images, adhoc research –eg supermarket visits, store visitsAssisting the team in buying and implementing media for client campaigns across TV, print, radio, digital, out of home and cinemaAssisting the media executive/ manager to ensure booking confirmations for all media are sourced and checked in time.Daily monitoring of campaigns in SpectraPull post reporting for the exec/manager to support them in chasing under deliveries and optimisations.Monitoring campaign performance across all mediaManage digital ad operations and trafficking.Compile reporting using media systems; Spectra, AQX, ETAM, ERAM, Nielsen, etcDevelop a good knowledge of the AU media landscape across traditional and digital channels and ensure you proactively stay up to date by attending publisher presentations Client service & managementBe a key contact to the client for any campaign implementation and finance administration related tasks.Maintain relationships with client' creative agency and manage the communication on material instructions and deadlines.Maintain strong relationships with publishers, ensuring that our campaigns are implemented and delivered on time and to the highest quality CommercialsAll media activity to be loaded accurately into Spectra monthly.Responsible for end of month check to cross check schedules with media plans to ensure everything is matched and aligned.Confirm end of month completion with manager/execChecking monthly proformas.QualificationsStrong communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyKnowledge of digital marketing trends and toolsExperience in the media industry is a plus but not a requirementBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field, appreciated but not necessary.
