CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivery of tasks to deadlinesAccuracy of reporting and inputtingMaterial Instruction managementACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure completion of all tasks to deadlineAssist Account Executive / Investment Manager in any bookings across all mediaResponsible that all Material Instructions are correct and sent out in a timely fashion. Account Executive / Investment Manager must approve prior to sending outAssist Account Executive / Investment Manager in loading bookings into BCC correctly within 1 day of bookingBuilding effective relationships with creative agency partners and mediaAssist the Account Executive and Investment Manager to buy, track and optimise all campaigns efficiently within deadlines by:Provide accurate and timely data entry of campaigns (using correct rate cards, surveys, POs, job codes and BCC commission rates)Post-match all TV campaigns weeklyEnsure POP/tear sheets are collected and disseminated internally/to clientsSupport team on a day to day basisHarness relationship with creative agency i.e. material instructions, deadlines etc. - collaboration is importantAssist in writing up discrepancy sheets, get sign off and assist to negotiate compensation and placementResponsible that all reports are executed correctly and in agreed timeResponsible for digital ad ops and traffickingTECHNICAL SKILLS Demonstrate competency for all systems relevant to the account coordinator role, including:SOFT SKILLS Collate info for presentation to team and manager in a thorough and insightful wayManaging up to direct line manager and dotted line reportsClear and efficient communication at all timesPrioritizes and manages tasks efficientlyStrong interpersonal and problem solving skillsEXPERIENCE Entry level - media degree and/or agency internship experience favourable#J-18808-Ljbffr
