About the Role We're excited to find a creative, forward-thinking Media & Digital Communications Coordinator to drive our marketing, communications, and digital strategies across the club, including Food and Beverage, Golf Shop, and Member Services. This role offers flexibility in hours – from part-time (25 hours) up to full-time (38 hours) – with most work done on-site to encourage collaboration and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities Creative Content Development: Design and deliver captivating digital content across social media, email, and our website, highlighting the MOGC brand.Marketing Calendar Execution: Coordinate the club's marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.Social Media Management: Oversee scheduling, monitoring, and engagement across platforms, ensuring brand values align with member interests.Member Communications: Create and refine targeted content for newsletters, digital updates, and print materials.Event Marketing & Sponsorships: Develop event collateral and nurture sponsor relationships to support club activities.Data-Driven Campaigns: Execute and analyse email and digital marketing campaigns for effective member and public engagement.Skills and Experience Creative & Strategic Mindset: Able to bring fresh, innovative ideas that support MOGC's marketing goals.Digital Proficiency: Skilled with social media management, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and basic photo/video editing.Project Management: Strong organisational skills to balance tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written skills, thriving both independently and as part of a team.Proactive & Adaptable: Positive attitude, open to feedback, and ready to embrace change.What We Offer Flexible Work Hours: Choose between a part-time (25 hours) or full-time (up to 38 hours) schedule based on your availability and our needs.Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate or salary based on experience and fit.Fun & Inclusive Environment: Be part of a welcoming team that values creativity and innovation.Growth Potential: Build experience across various media and marketing functions, with opportunities to grow and evolve.How to Apply Excited to bring your creativity to our team?
