Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesOversee and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, email, and content marketingLead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionalsAnalyse campaign performance, optimise strategies, and use insights to inform futureManage and allocate the marketing budget to maximise ROICollaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goalsMaintain and update marketing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyCandidate Profile:
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in strategic marketing, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
You will be a creative thinker, adept at analysing data to improve campaign outcomes and marketing performance.
You will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
Adobe design skills and leadership courses are highly regarded, though not essential.
