We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Social Work interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Albany WA.
The role is available for both part-time and casual positions.

Your duties will include:
Case management; Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes; Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs; Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals; Working across various schemes such as workers compensation and employer-funded injury prevention programs; Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and work outcomes; Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills.
You will be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualities:
A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work or Physiotherapy ; Registration with AHPRA , ASORC , ESSA , AASW or relevant governing body; Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded; Excellent communication skills; Compassion, kindness, and empathy; Well-developed time management skills; A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance .
