Mental Health Clinician - Reg Psych/Accredited MHSW/Qualified Counsellor Part-time State: VIC Job Status: Part Time Access Psych offers qualified face-to-face and telehealth mental health support services to address a wide range of mental health issues and concerns. As part of the MedHealth group – a purpose-built collection of 22 industry leading health, medical and employment brands – and with more than 80 mental health clinicians, we deliver mental health support to meet the unique needs of individual clients and corporate customers Australia-wide.

We are looking for General Psychologists , Registered AHPRA , Accredited Mental Health Social Workers , or Qualified Counsellors who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Medicare clients in Caroline Springs VIC. As a clinician working with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals; Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community; Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills; Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards. Mandatory Requirements General Psychologist Registered with AHPRA ; or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW ; or Qualified Counsellor - ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or full clinical PACFA membership ; Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation ; You have permanent residency in Australia; You are passionate about improving lives through work and health; You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team; Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
