In this role, you will ensure mecwacare maximizes benefits from both new and existing systems by conducting thorough business requirements gathering, technical analysis, data collection (including mining data from current systems), and high-level systems design. Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, the Business Analyst - IT Systems will contribute valuable insights and optimized solutions that align with and support our operational objectives.
What you bring: Proven expertise in Business Analysis, ideally within the health industryExperience collaborating with stakeholders to document business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designsSkilled in partnering with SMEs to analyze and optimize business processesExperienced in managing IT system upgrades and enhancementsProficient in facilitating workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project progress, risks, and outcomesDemonstrated experience with agile methodologies, and able to bring 'fresh' ideas to the project team and BA Practice Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification and/or Certification in Microsoft Applications or project management methodologiesDemonstrated experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, RPA tools, Crystal Reports, SSRS and SSIS.
