Mechanical Supervisor - Field Service

Our client is a global market leader for measuring and process technology solutions, with a local specialization into vibrating screens at CHPP's.
Their service division is rapidly expanding due to unprecedented growth across Australian industry.
As a result, we are looking for a Mechanical Field Service Supervisor based at their Newcastle workshop.
What's involved? A mixture of work on the tools and operational/supervisor dutiesHands on; OEM mechanical maintenance, inspections and repairs on vibrating screens on customer CHPP's and mine sitesSupervisory duties; prestarts and safety interactions, quality control and safety implementation and documentation, client interactions, labor and parts allocation, service reportingRegular travel to and from local customer sites, plus workshop workWork away from home on average 2 nights per weekOccasional weekend and interstate work, a few times per yearWork as a team for safe execution of all maintenance under OH&S management systemsWhat are we looking for? Mechanical Trade QualificationPreferred experience on vibrating screensPreferred supervision experience in a fixed plant mining environmentMR Licence highly regarded but not essentialAble to pass coal board medical order 43 and police checkA can do attitude and proactivity to execute projectsExcellent work references that can support your applicationWhat we can offer you: $130K Salary + SuperFully maintained service vehicle + fuel to take homeOvertime applied after 38 approved hours - $67.76/hourRotating 4 day roster: Monday - Thursday & Tuesday - Friday - 4 day weekend every fortnightStarting site allowance $88 per day, increasing every 6 monthsSite allowance after 2 years $198 per dayPaid travel, accommodation and mealsFull OEM product training and specialized equipment trainingEmployee Benefits & Wellness Program, including Salary Sacrifice and Length of Service RecognitionFlexible working options and Paid Parental LeaveTraining, development and career progression optionsA collaborative team environment with supportive management structureCareer progression optionsASAP startIf you meet the above criteria and you would like to apply please apply via the link or call Dean on 0438 863 ***
