Mechanical & Structural Engineers

Our client is a well-established, reputable business based in Townsville. We provide professional engineering in mechanical, structural, drafting, and onsite support to a variety of small and large commercial enterprises and mine sites. We are currently seeking applications from qualified Engineers to join our team. All experience levels will be considered.
About The Role
Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates Design and execute engineering experiments to create workable solutions Perform engineering calculations Develop diagrams, models, and technical reports for projects Complete any necessary technical and regulatory documentation Present analysis results and project solutions to Technical Leads, Senior Engineers, and Clients as necessary Ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget Perform tasks in Townsville and on Client sites. This may include travelling long distances Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering (essential) CPEng and RPEQ Certification (favourable but not essential) Skills, experience, and attributes: Current industry knowledge and technical skills Proficient in the use of critical software applications Expertise in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving and design thinking Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication Ability to create and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and Codes 5 - 10 years working as a professional Engineer within Australia (desirable, but not essential) Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement Accepts direction and feedback Possesses a keen eye for detail and quality Be a team player but able to work independently Visa Sponsorship for the right Candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr
