About the Role They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Technician for workshop and site duties, based out of their Acacia Ridge workshop.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of existing customers' equipment. The role is also responsible for the fabrication and modification as requested for the pre-delivery of customer equipment orders.
You will report to the senior Mechanical technician. Domestic travel is required within this role.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $100,000. Additionally, the role offers a merit increase of up to 5% per annum, based on individual performance.
Duties and Responsibilities Attend all training as required Carry out service/maintenance and fabrication/modification at the highest quality Prepare daily job reports and accurately record details Assist the service team with installations as required Assist in operator training with customers Support the service team with all reasonable management instructions Dismantling and relocating mobile and/or fixed plant Work collaboratively with other team members and provide proactive solutions and actions to get the job done safely and efficiently. Skills and Experience Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport Construction white card Certificate III Engineering or equivalent Experience within rock crushers, screeners, pavers and profilers - Highly Advantageous Relevant tickets and motivation to continually learn and develop Proactivity to evaluate the environment and safely take action Ability to self-manage and raise issues as they arise Able to follow directions and instructions Promote a strong Safety culture Apply now!
