About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Leading Hand Mechanical Tradesperson to join our maintenance team at InfraBuild Wire in Mayfield.
Key Responsibilities Daily planning and problem solving of service events Providing support and training to the mechanical trade crew Keeping accurate records of completed work Compliance with quality and safety processes Undertaking fitting work as required Qualifications We would love to hear from hardworking and enthusiastic candidates who can demonstrate the following:
Certificate III Mechanical Trade certificate is essential Supervisory insights with the ability to delegate work Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics SAP exposure Strong focus on safety and initiative with a can-do attitude Excellent fault finding and troubleshooting skills along with a proactive approach Effective verbal and written communication skills Forklift, Dogman, EWP, Working at heights and Confined spaces qualifications Whilst a background in heavy manufacturing or mining would be preferred, it is not essential Key Benefits Generous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for those who have worked at the business for at least 12 months.
