Job Title: Mechanical Fitter About the Role: We seek a skilled Workshop Mechanical Fitter to join our client's team.
You will be based at our client's purpose-built facility in Malaga.
As a Workshop Mechanic, your primary responsibilities will include mechanical repair, overhaul, and commissioning of all our client's mechanised equipment, ensuring compliance with Global TRS work instructions.
Additionally, you'll assist in load-out preparation, equipment inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment for future use.
Safety and efficiency will be paramount in your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical repair, overhaul, and commissioning of mechanised equipment.
Prepare equipment for load-out, inspect, clean, and refurbish for future use.
Maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.
Schedule workshop activities to maximise efficiency.
Prioritise and schedule repairs and maintenance of specialised equipment.
Implement specialised equipment spare part inventory management.
Uphold high standards of housekeeping practices in the workshop and yard.
Develop and maintain specialised equipment servicing procedures.
Job Requirements: Trade qualified (Mechanical or Electronic).
Strong hydraulic and electronic fault-finding abilities.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of Quality, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE).
Demonstrated procedural knowledge and operational competency.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Overtime is available.
