With stand-alone Electrical and Mechanical sheds on site, UGL's Mackay Workshop is experiencing significant growth in many areas including component work and the rail sector.

About the role We are seeking applications from Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitters, to join our Mackay Workshop . These positions are permanent based on a 3-month probation period.
About you To be considered for the role you will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
· Trade qualified Fitter and Turner
· Experience in all aspects of heavy fitting including fault diagnoses in machinery
· Organising and planning of work
· Basic welding and use of gas cutting torch and burners
· Maintain the well-equipped workshop including updated critical spares list in site store
