Seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our Carole Park team!

About the Role Due to our rapid growth, we have a requirement for an experienced Mechanical Fitter, who would like to gain more exposure to hydraulics to be based in our Carole Park branch. This person must be willing to partake in a mix of field work and workshop requirements.
You will either have experience with, or be willing to learn and be responsible for complete hydraulic systems and all affiliated components including but not limited to: PumpsLineal and rotary actuatorsValvingHigh force toolingCompleting grease and fuel system installationsThese are integral roles to the business. Day-to-day in the role, you will:Be working closely with and mentoring apprentices;Complete all administration of job records accurately and efficiently;Ensure that work is carried out to the highest quality level;Ensure that customer service levels are of the highest standard;Ensure continuous improvement to service levels and look for better ways to do things.About you To succeed in these roles, you will have a disciplined and mature work ethic, as well as the ability to work unsupervised. This position does require a trade qualification in fitting.
