This is an ongoing position starting off on a casual basis with a view of permanent employment after the probation period.Our client is a well-known organisation with operations in 25 countries and does business in over 140 countries. Their landmark facilities are Innovation and Design Centres, which are located around the globe.Responsibilities:Service and rebuild of industrial gear boxes for agitatorsGeneral construction dutiesAssisting the team in the warehouse where necessaryPerform repetitive and physically demanding dutiesComplete ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisorRequirements:Minimum Australia Trade Certificate III in engineering - Mechanical trade (fitting/machining)White cardAbility to complete police checks, drug and alcohol and medicalCurrent Driver's LicenceConfined Space Ticket (preferred)Working at Heights Ticket (preferred)Observe OH&S standardsGreat attitude, reliable and proactive personalityWorkfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading building companies.
