Qualifications 3+ years of post-graduate experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on design and drafting.Proficient in AutoDesk Inventor Series programs, including Autodesk Vault.Experience in product design and development in the building industry (HVAC preferred).Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Confident in your engineering expertise, able to make informed, innovative decisions.Enthusiastic about learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Lead Projects: Oversee mechanical engineering projects from start to finish.
Handle feasibility studies, drafting, cost analysis, and design specs.Collaborate Globally: Work with teams across local and global networks.
