Mechanical Bim Modeller

Design & Build are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical BIM Modeller on behalf of a growing building services consultancy with big plans for 2025. You would be responsible for modelling not only mechanical services, but will have the opportunity to develop your skills across electrical, fire and hydraulics.

What your day looks like: Create 3D models of mechanical systems such as HVAC ducts, pipes, chillers, boilers, pumps, and ventilation systems using BIM software.Develop skills across other services including electrical, fire and hydraulics.Work closely with the engineers and other design professionals to ensure accuracy of the models.Use BIM tools to identify conflicts between mechanical systems and other building services.Maintain up-to-date drawings and specifications as the project evolves.About you: 4+ years local experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeller in Building Services.Relevant tertiary qualifications.Proficient in the use of Revit software.Good understanding of the local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for mechanical systems.To express your interest in the position, please apply directly or contact James Stinson (******) for a confidential discussion.
