Key Responsibilities for the role: Master the art of diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and installation of a variety of cooling and heating systems on both domestic and commercial sites. Collaborate with supervisors and manage material requirements efficiently. Work independently and as part of a dynamic team to solve complex HVAC issues. Ensure systems are running at peak performance and meet safety standards. Skills & experience: Proven expertise with domestic and commercial air-conditioning, split systems, ducted systems, and more. Proficiency in fault diagnostics and maintenance procedures. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a supportive team environment. Qualifications: Certificate III in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration. VBA License or Registration. ARCtick License. Red or White Card. Scissor Lift and Boom Lift Tickets. Disconnect and Reconnect Electrical License. Current Victorian Driver's License. Australian Citizenship. Willing to undergo a Police check. Hold a current WWC or willing to apply.
