replacing fluids, changing oil/air filter, tyres, brakes, fitting ski racks etc.)
including cars, trucks and company fleet.Monitor inventory and request the order of new parts from Service Administrator Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.Perform diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.Provide assistance to Trade Assistant when required.Complete Repair OrdersProviding breakdown assistance when necessaryPreparing vehicles for handback and sales.Testing and general servicing of workshop equipment for safety.Keeping accurate and on-time job records and recording servicing history in applicable systemsConducting work in a safe manner, complying with Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental policies, procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks.
This includes the reporting of all accidents, near accidents and hazards.Adhering to Company Quality Assurance and Uniform Guidelines.Attend company/manufacturer training as necessary.Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.Driving vehicles as required.Other reasonable duties as requested by the Service Manager. What we're looking for Trade qualification in Motor Mechanics (minimum of Cert III / AQF III) with at least 2 years on the job.
